Hello, I’m Nicole and this is my story.
After five years of teaching in public, private, and charter schools, I learned the ins and outs of organization, classroom management, lesson planning and building relationships with students and parents.
Then it hit me: what if I could take everything I’d learned and put it all together to help other new teachers?
Enter: New Teacher Academy! 🎉
New Teacher Academy is the brainchild of everything I’ve learned—designed specifically for teachers starting out in the profession.
It’s everything I wish I’d had when I first began: a toolkit of lessons, strategies, and systems to help new educators feel prepared, organized, and confident in the classroom.
