Hello, I’m Nicole and this is my story.

After five years of teaching in public, private, and charter schools, I learned the ins and outs of organization, classroom management, lesson planning and building relationships with students and parents.

Then it hit me: what if I could take everything I’d learned and put it all together to help other new teachers?

    Enter: New Teacher Academy! 🎉

New Teacher Academy is the brainchild of everything I’ve learned—designed specifically for teachers starting out in the profession.

It’s everything I wish I’d had when I first began: a toolkit of lessons, strategies, and systems to help new educators feel prepared, organized, and confident in the classroom.

I’m so excited to share these resources with you and to support you on your own teaching journey!

When I got my first teaching job in 2021, I was so excited! After months of applying and interviewing I had finally secured a job. 🙌

But having no prior teaching experience, I found myself a bit lost and unsure of how to manage my own classroom. I thought 💭

🤯 How do I stay organized and manage my workload when I feel like everything is a priority?

🤯 How do I approach difficult conversations with parents about their child’s progress or behavior?

🤯 What are administrators looking for in my observations and how do I prepare to meet these expectations?
